Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All Domestic Parcels are shipped using Australia Post as the courier.

Keep in mind Mia Ghirardi operates a made to order model meaning once your order is placed, is when the production of your piece begins. Production Times are 3-4 weeks depending on current demand. Once your order has been sewn and packed, it will then be dispatched.

Domestic - Australia

Standard Shipping Australia has a delivery time frame of 2-6 business days from the date of dispatch

Express Shipping Australia has a delivery time frame of 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch  

Local Pick Up is available for those located in Dunsborough Western Australia 

 

International

Standard International Shipping has a delivery time frame of 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch

Express International Shipping has a delivery time frame of 4-8 business days from the date of dispatch. 

All orders that require freight will be emailed tracking information once the parcel has been dispatched.

RETURNS

Mia Ghirardi values quality construction and timeless design. We hope this translates to your pieces, however, if this is not the case and you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact mia@miaghirardi.com so we can resolve any issues you may have. Due to being a small business that uses a made to order model, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing currently.
